How the hell was I able to launch a ten year career in the sport I loved so much? With no talent (really), no serious financial backing, and hardly a clue to what I was doing, I managed to climb my way into the top 1% of competitors within the sport. It was a lot of things, but I wouldn’t call it luck. Luck is a byproduct, or result of determination, not the other way around.
The answer that I found after some soul searching surprised me, and just might help you get paid MORE for the knowledge and skills you already have.
The Most Ambitious Technology Motosports Startup Ever (RIP Cannondale)
It seemlingly happened by chance. A random meeting with an acquaintance, led to a very exciting job opportunity. Working for one of the nation’s most ambitious technology startups to ever happen in the off-road and powersports segment was a dream come true. It permanently changed my mind and my life for the better. Looking back now, I realized it laid the foundation for a ten year career that took me all over the country, and it introduced me to people from all over the world.
Most importantly, it taught me to promote myself, and present myself professionally. You see, we all carry our own personal brand, in our job, in our companies, and in our public life in general. We all know this on some level but very few of us use our personal brand for our careers, and making more money.

Let me say that again. We all have a personal brand, whether we like it or not, but for some reason, very few of us use it for career gain.
It seems like many of us would rather choose (if only by default) a lifetime of low pay, long hours and frustration. What would it take for you to lead a negotiation with your boss, or partners to create increased revenue, or more time away from the office?

What Lights You Up?
We all have passions and desires in our hearts. Things that light us up. But early on, so many of us throw them in the impractical bin, and get on with 30-50 years of career drudgery. Making someone else wealthy.
I am here to tell you categorically, that in today’s technology driven age, you can make a living doing virtually anything you want. That doesn’t mean it will be easy, and for many (myself included) it means combining a practical skill with something you love, and leveraging the two, in order to make a great living.
Combine Practicality With Your Passions
Truth is, you can take your knowledge and experience today and turn it into a $100+/hr home based businesses without much fuss. For me, while my racing career was charging ahead, I was also building websites and growing digital marketing campaigns to ridiculous levels (see my blog / success stories.)
While I would never make a full career strictly racing motocross, following my passion led me to the skill of promoting myself, as well as learning how to build websites, digital branding and many other skills.
Now with over 15 years in digital marketing and strategic growth, I am here to help you bridge that gap toward sustainable small business income. I have worked with and collected checks from some of the largest retailers and medical organizations in the nation that agree with me that I know my way around the internet.

Over the last nine months, I’ve distilled my knowledge and experience into something any home based businesses, or startup can afford, and deploy, to generate anywhere from $30-$100K in the next 6-9 months. Don’t get me wrong, I’m perfectly happy to charge large companies $10,000 per month to manage their digital strategy, but that doesn’t fly for most small brands.
For the first time ever, I’m releasing my new program specifically for small business, but anyone who is looking for success, should first learn a little bit about how to overcome failure, and laugh at it like the small, insignificant bully that it is.
